This huge development planned for the lands adjacent to the old Motorola factory had described in a national newspaper but the detail has now been made public.
The developer is seeking permission for 621 residential units on the 14 hectare site.
The new development, which will be called Holybanks, will be made up of 118 houses, 154 duplexes and 349 apartment units.
Other amenities included are a childcare facility and new public open space which will serve as an extension to the Broadmeadow Linear Park.
