What data do I collect?

Sign up forms on this website collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information: First Name, Last Name, email address, consent to be contacted.

You directly provide the data through various sign-up forms on this website. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete an online form.

How will your data be used?

I collect your data so that I can:

  • Communicate directly with you via email about local issues and campaigns, never more than twice a week.

I will never share your data with a third party.

How do we store your data?

Your data will be stored using an online service which is GDPR complaint and provides a mailing list storage and mass mailing service. I will only use companies that are GDPR compliant and are capable of providing a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), as required under legislation.

I will retain your data for the term of this council which will end in 2024. Once that time period has expired, I will seek our consent to continue communicating or delete your data.

What are your data protection rights?

I would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that I correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that i restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that I transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
