Sign up forms on this website collects the following data:
- Personal identification information: First Name, Last Name, email address, address, consent to be contacted.

You directly provide the data through various sign-up forms on this website. We collect data and process data when you:
- Voluntarily complete an online form.
How will your data be used?
I collect your data so that I can:
- Communicate directly with you via email about local issues and campaigns, never more than twice a week.
I will never share your data with a third party.
How do we store your data?
Your data will be stored using an online service which is GDPR complaint and provides a mailing list storage and mass mailing service. I will only use companies that are GDPR compliant and are capable of providing a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), as required under legislation.
I will retain your data for the term of this council which will end in 2024. Once that time period has expired, I will seek our consent to continue communicating or delete your data.
What are your data protection rights?
I would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
