Two Birds Coffee, who operate out of JC’s car park, have been granted retention by Fingal County Council and allowed to stay.
The coffee trailer, which started out during Covid, applied for retention planning permission in April of this year and their permission came through earlier this month.
Cllr Ian Carey said:
“It’s great to see Two Birds being allowed to continue. It’s a really great addition to the area and they always seem to be doing a roaring trade. Smaller businesses like this help make our communities more vibrant and liveable.”
